Shipping Methods

  • We ship to the U.S., U.S. Territories, Canada, Europe, parts of Asia, and Africa

Expected time of delivery

    • If you purchased something on preorder, it will take 4 weeks to ship.
    • If item is not on preorder, orders ship within 2-3 business days.
    • Customers can expect delivery 2-4 days after shipment.
    • If your order has not arrived 7 days after the date of shipment, contact the carrier or info@kinapparel.org for assistance.
    • Note: If you live outside of the USA, please allow 2 weeks for your order to arrive.

Shipping Fees U.S.

  • Domestic Orders over $150 - Free Shipping
  • Orders under $150 - shipping is priced by weight 

Shipping Fees International  

  • Shipping is priced by weight and destination

  • Orders over $150 - Free Shipping
  • Orders under $150 - shipping is priced by weight 

Shipping Insurance 

  • KIN Apparel guarantees the delivery of all orders. Orders that are lost by the shipping carrier, stolen, or damaged in transit will be replaced at no cost to the customer.
  • We do not guarantee the free replacement of orders that are mis-delivered or returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address. These orders can be replaced if the customer pays an additional shipping fee.
  • Please reach out to info@kinapparel.org for any shipping concerns or to report an issue with your shipment.

Returns/Replacements/Refunds

  • If customer wants to return item(s) for a replacement, KIN Apparel asks that customers cover return costs and we will cover the cost of replacements. 
  • If returning for a refund, once item(s) is received, we will issue a refund.

Address Changes/Incorrect Address Policy

  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. We cannot guarantee that shipping address update requests will be processed after an order has been placed. If your order has been shipped, contact the carrier to update the address.
  • Refunds will not be issued for orders that are shipped to the most updated address provided by the customer.
  • KIN Apparel will not refund or replace orders that are returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer. These orders can be replaced if the customer pays an additional shipping fee.
